Doc & Queen Pathway is an organization dedicated to restoring family dynamics and
strengthening marriages through educational and engaging workshops. Founded by Wayne L.
Johnson, a seasoned advocate for family preservation with over 30 years of marital
experience as well as working in human services with all populations , Doc & Queen Pathway aims to address the growing concerns of marital instability, father to children re-connection, and family interaction on all levels. With divorce at a high rate here are some key cities Doc & Queen are targeting earlier Richmond, Philadelphia, Raleigh,and Washington DC.
At DOC & Queen Pathway, we understand that healing is not a destination but a journey. Our approach is rooted in the belief that families can find strength, peace, and renewed purpose when they come together to heal and honor themselves. Restoring family dynamics and strengthening marriages is at the heart of what we do. UPCOMING PROJECT
"Strengthening Marriages and Restoring
Family Dynamics Workshop," is a two-day event designed to equip married couples with the
tools they need to build resilient, lasting relationships.
Scheduled for April 18-19, 2025, This workshop is designed to equip couples with practical
skills for communication, conflict resolution, financial planning, and emotional support.

By prioritizing education and proactive support, we aim to create healthier, happier communities where family bonds remain strong for generations to come.
OUR FOCUS
At Doc & Queen Pathway, our focus is on strengthening the foundation of families by addressing the root causes of marital instability and family disconnection. We provide culturally relevant, affordable, and proactive solutions for couples, especially in minority communities. By offering educational workshops and engaging activities, we aim to equip families with the tools to communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, and build lasting relationships.
OUR GOAL
Doc & Queen Pathway goal is to get ahead of divorce and separation as most interventions focus on reactive solutions - helping couples after they have already reached a crisis point - rather than providing the tools necessary to prevent divorce or
separation in the first place. Moreover, many of these services do not adequately address the
unique needs of minority communities, where cultural dynamics, economic challenges, and
historical disparities exacerbate the challenges faced by married couples.
